Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Watchescorp. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Our products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please review the following for more information on our return and refund policy.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@watchescorp.com with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 24 hours with the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- a. Items that are shipped but refused at delivery will incur a $40 restocking fee.
- b. For returns of two or more items, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Return Window:
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item.
- Any product defects or issues must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the item.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Have all manufacturer seals and any additional items intact and untampered.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that second-hand products or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Reasons for Return:
a. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- You must report any defects or incorrect items within 72 hours of receipt. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the defective item. We will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
b. Exchanges:
- You must request an exchange via email. Items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Once your return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.
- A restocking fee will apply to exchanges.
c. Change of Mind:
- Please send a return request via email; items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- A restocking fee will apply.
Return Shipping:
For returns due to our error or product defects, we will cover the return shipping costs. For exchanges or returns for other reasons, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Refund Process:
To ensure you receive your refund, please use a trackable shipping service when returning your product. We will process all returns within 24 hours of receiving the item, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. If all is in order, we will refund you via your original payment method (you should see the funds in your account within 5 business days).
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
After receiving your returned item, we will immediately process your refund. Most refunds are processed within 24 hours, and you should see the funds in your account within 5 business days. If you haven’t received your refund by then, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank for further assistance.
