- Return Window:
Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund. - Return Method:
To return a product, please ship it back to us in its original condition and packaging. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. Please note that used products or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund. - Item Condition:
Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging. - Return Address:

Refund Process:
To ensure you receive your refund, please use a trackable mail service when returning the product. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to confirm it is in its original condition and packaging. If everything checks out, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address used for your original purchase.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned item, typically within 24 hours for most returns. However, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.

Damaged or Defective Items:
You must report any defects within 72 hours of receiving the item. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the defective item to us. We will cover the shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund based on your preference. -

Ordered the Wrong Product or Size:
Please double-check your order before submitting. If you need assistance, contact our customer support team immediately. However, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been processed. -
Late Delivery:
We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to ship your order as soon as possible. However, unforeseen shipping delays may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for delays outside of our control. -
Unwanted Gift:
We understand that gift-giving can be challenging, and the recipient's preferences may not always align with expectations. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased as gifts that are later deemed unwanted. We recommend carefully considering the recipient's tastes before making a purchase to avoid disappointment.
Warranty Exclusions:
Please note that our warranty does not cover:
- Bands, straps, bracelets, batteries, glass, exposed crystals, and other embellishments.
- Damage (including water damage) resulting from accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
